Laurence Copel : her smile and kindness

Founder and Board Chair, Laurence Copel

This is my legacy project, which I sincerely hope will be a center that out-lives me and continues to serve as a staple hub for long term cultural exchange between New Orleanians and local French residents alike. Additionally, I am intentional about creating a safe space in my home country for New Orleans culture bearers . A place for temporary residency, or a safe landing between travel/tour stops at this center. If I have to leave my beloved New Orleans, I want to take take some of the best of her with me, and share her beauty wherever I go. ~Laurence Copel, Founder
